The staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with a welcome gift to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely worth every penny. The room was exquisitely decorated and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful screened porch. The location was perfect, surrounded by breathtaking nature and offering fun activities like biking and a May River sunset cruise. The staff went above and beyond, providing a thoughtful welcome gift for our anniversary and even offering a bike for our 6-year-old. The pool was great for our little swimmer and the dolphin tour was a highlight. The food at the Riverhouse was amazing and we loved the fun pins they gave to our grandson. an amazing stay with helpful and friendly staff in a clean and beautiful property.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better would be to have more variety in the breakfast options.

Despite a few minor drawbacks such as a stained carpet and a bathroom door that wouldn't latch, our overall experience was fantastic. The comfortable beds and pillows made for a truly restful stay, while the cottage rooms with fireplaces added a cozy touch. The attention to detail in the design was evident, as the rooms had everything one could possibly need. Boating on "Grace" with Captain Ed and Brandon was a highlight of our trip. The property itself was stunning, with its antebellum south architecture and beautiful landscape. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel truly pampered.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort for a wedding and reception weekend. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous, and the chapel was stunning. The rooms in the inn were spacious and well appointed, making it a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous, helpful, and unobtrusive, providing excellent service. I also enjoyed the availability of bikes and fun shops on the premises. I had a wonderful getaway and would definitely return to this special resort.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the airport, approximately a 40-minute drive. the outdoor swimming pools were not available due to bad weather during the stay.

The shower had three different heads to choose from, and the soaking tub was a nice touch. The staff who drove the golf carts were quick and friendly, making our transportation around the hotel a breeze. We also enjoyed the Octagon restaurant, with fantastic servers Annie and Damien. The location of the hotel on the banks of the May River was breathtaking, and we highly recommend going bike-riding to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and pampered. a uniquely luxurious experience!
