The spacious room was a standout, featuring a large shower with excellent water pressure that made the stay much more enjoyable. Breakfast options were plentiful, especially the freshly prepared eggs, which were a highlight. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and there were issues with the air conditioning in the room, leading to an uncomfortable start. Despite these setbacks, the overall attentive staff made the experience better than it could have been.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and we found ourselves dining there every morning due to the excellent variety and quality of food.

The staff in the hotel restaurants seemed indifferent towards non-Spanish speakers, which could be challenging for international guests.

Consider trying the Sonora Grill for an amazing dining experience right in the lobby—it's highly praised for its excellent food and service.

The hotel features a prime location just steps from cultural landmarks like Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. The on-site restaurants serve excellent food, and the fitness center is top-notch. The spacious rooms provide a comfortable retreat after a busy day exploring.

fresh fruits available each morning. However, on occasion, the service felt rushed and impersonal. One evening, I discovered a charming artisan market just a few blocks away, which added a lovely touch to my stay.

I stayed for 4 nights and loved the spacious room with a great city view and the delicious buffet breakfast. only downside was the occasional noise from nearby traffic. Would definitely stay again!

Disappointingly, I had to make an appointment for the sauna, which is not clearly stated!!! The access route to the pool through the spa reception area felt awkward in a swimsuit!!! The food offerings in the Premium Lounge were underwhelming and lacked variety!!! Taxi services could be more transparent about pricing.

Room had excellent shower pressure. location was perfect.

The hotel is beautifully designed, creating an inviting atmosphere. Plus, the on-site restaurants, particularly the steakhouse, offer excellent food options that cater to various tastes.

Though the elevators took a long time, and some were out of order! The concierge service left much to be desired, lacking the knowledgeable assistance expected from a high-end hotel.

Spacious room, friendly staff, with great amenities including a fitness center and a relaxing spa, which made my stay very enjoyable. It's perfectly located just a 10-minute walk from cultural attractions.

i really enjoyed my stay at barcelo mexico reforma. the room was spacious and modern, and the bed was super comfy. it's located in a business district and just a short walk from the old town. the breakfast was delicious, with a great mix of western and mexican dishes. i absolutely loved the spa, especially the wide range of massages available!

Had a fab time here! The location is ace, walking distance to the historic center and parks. The staff was super friendly and helped us find local spots. We totally enjoyed dinner at the Sonora Grill, their steak was on point! Just wish the room service menu had more late-night options.
