I was greeted by Dulce, who made me feel incredibly comfortable and explained the treatment to me in detail. The verbena scrub was absolutely divine and left my skin feeling rejuvenated. I must say that Dulce's exceptional service truly made my spa experience one to remember. I am already planning to return to this hotel primarily because of the amazing work done by Dulce at the spa. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in search of a relaxing and luxurious stay.

During my recent trip to Mexico City, I had a delightful stay at the Barcelo Reforma. The hotel's location was ideal, being steps away from the Alameda and a short walk from the Zocalo and historic center. The Ciudadela market was also within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelets. The highlight for me was the refreshing pool, perfect for early morning swims before it got crowded. The rooms were clean, spacious, and featured a lovely balcony with a nice city view. The large bathroom was a plus, especially when traveling with family.

Great Hotel in a Great Location!

I arrived early for check-in and was thrilled to find out that I could pay a small fee to get a room right away. It was so convenient and allowed me to settle in and relax. Additionally, I was able to check out late until 5 pm for a reasonable price, which gave me extra time to explore the city before my departure. The hotel staff was overall super nice and accommodating, except for one lady at room service. But that didn't overshadow the excellent service I received from everyone else.
