We recently stayed at Marriott in San Antonio for a relaxing vacation. The connected rooms were a great convenience, and we loved spending time at the clean pool area with its fun slides. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The staff, especially Ashley, were incredibly helpful and made our stay memorable. The poolside service was attentive without being intrusive, and we enjoyed the peaceful view from our room. We will definitely be returning soon!

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in San Antonio for a family vacation. Our stay was incredible! The water park was a blast and there were plenty of fun activities for everyone. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Justin Blankenship, the manager, and Luke, our amazing waiter. The room service breakfast was outstanding, and the food at the High Velocity Bar was top-notch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the massive TVs were a nice touch. The Christmas activities for kids were a hit, and the Lantana Spa offered great services. a wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic time as a family at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort. The pool area was incredible, even in winter, and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. The staff went above and beyond for us, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast at Cibolo Moon was excellent, and we had a very nice server named Karen. Access to the golf course and spa was easy, and we enjoyed the 18 Oaks steak meals, despite them being a bit pricey. all the staff members were courteous and pleasant, making our stay memorable.

We felt really welcomed throughout our entire stay, and there was nothing to complain about.

The resort had amazing facilities and amenities that catered to bigger groups of friends. The pools, slides, lazy river, and beach pool with sand toys were perfect for a fun-filled day. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. The sports bar/grill had a great projector array and the room had a large 70" LG TV for entertainment. The resort also had a mini mall which added to the convenience and overall experience.

We felt very comfortable during our stay and had no complaints at all.

The resort was absolutely stunning with spacious rooms and cozy fireplaces. the water park was a hit with our family, offering a variety of slides, pools, and even a lazy river. the staff at the hotel was friendly and the service at the on-site restaurants was excellent.

The pool area lacked the same level of service, with a shortage of towels and no water or glasses available at the drinking stations. Additionally, the menus on the hotel's website did not match what was actually available in the restaurants, causing some confusion.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Our room, with a king bed, was extremely comfortable and clean, and the basic amenities provided were exactly what we needed. The location in the Hill Country area was perfect for us, and we felt the prices offered great value for money.

We absolutely loved the location of this place, nestled within stunning natural surroundings and immaculate golf courses. The amazing customer service made us feel right at home and exceeded all our expectations. The wide range of amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable, from room service and car hire, to dry cleaning and tours/ticket assistance. The in-room amenities such as in-room breakfast, terrace, and dining table were all great bonuses, and we especially enjoyed the spa centre and swimming pools which were perfect for a relaxing day in.

I had a fantastic time at the JW Marriott! The waterpark area was a hit with my family and the drinking water stations kept us hydrated in the heat. My husband and I also enjoyed a relaxing evening at the bar. The resort had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Rooms recently renovated. Kids loved the waterpark and pool. Spa services were great. Restaurants had complimentary drinks. Staff deserves recognition.
