We recently stayed at Marriott in San Antonio for a relaxing vacation. The connected rooms were a great convenience, and we loved spending time at the clean pool area with its fun slides. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The staff, especially Ashley, were incredibly helpful and made our stay memorable. The poolside service was attentive without being intrusive, and we enjoyed the peaceful view from our room. We will definitely be returning soon!

The resort was absolutely stunning with spacious rooms and cozy fireplaces. The water park was a hit with our family, offering a variety of slides, pools, and even a lazy river. The staff at the hotel was friendly and the service at the on-site restaurants was excellent.

The pool area lacked the same level of service, with a shortage of towels and no water or glasses available at the drinking stations. Additionally, the menus on the hotel's website did not match what was actually available in the restaurants, causing some confusion. Despite these minor issues, overall we had a fantastic time and would recommend this resort for a family vacation.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we could ask for, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace with stunning views. The hotel has an impressive range of facilities, including a spa and wellness center, with a sauna and a variety of relaxing treatments available. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with heated water and plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sun. The dining options were also top-notch, with a restaurant offering delicious dishes and a bar lounge area perfect for unwinding with a drink.

We absolutely loved the location of this place, nestled within stunning natural surroundings and immaculate golf courses. The amazing customer service made us feel right at home and exceeded all our expectations. The wide range of amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable, from room service and car hire, to dry cleaning and tours/ticket assistance. The in-room amenities such as in-room breakfast, terrace, and dining table were all great bonuses, and we especially enjoyed the spa centre and swimming pools which were perfect for a relaxing day in.

I had a fantastic time at the JW Marriott! The waterpark area was a hit with my family and the drinking water stations kept us hydrated in the heat. My husband and I also enjoyed a relaxing evening at the bar. The resort had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Rooms recently renovated. Kids loved the waterpark and pool. Spa services were great. Restaurants had complimentary drinks. Staff deserves recognition.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The hotel facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly accommodating. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a large TV that allowed us to connect to our own streaming accounts. The resort's location close to the airport made it convenient for us to travel.

Stay at a breathtaking resort that is perfect for families, with easy access to a golf course and a thrilling waterpark, you can surely have a lot of fun. Located in a serene environment, just down the hill from the golf course and close to the waterpark, this resort guarantees a relaxing family vacation. You will be amazed by the superb customer service, comfy beds, and luxurious bathrooms with all the amenities you need. Moreover, make sure you book the breakfast rate as the in-house restaurant is renowned for smoking its own meats and making delicious in-house jellies, butters, and salsas.

The resort could benefit from lowering the cost of snacks and drinks as they do not come cheap, especially for large families.

Our room was upgraded to an awesome suite thanks to our loyalty. The lazy river and waterslides were great for our kids, and meals to-go from High Velocity and Cibolo Moon were a perfect way to stay safe. I recommend staying at the JW Marriott.

Poor check-in process with long waits for valet, check-in, and bag check. Rooms are tired and décor is dark and dreary, with unclear signage and limited self-parking options. the hotel is overcrowded and understaffed, making for a frustrating and disappointing experience.
