During my Christmas stay, the hotel was located in the heart of town, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. I loved the great coffee shop and the helpful valet parking service was a bonus.

The check-in experience was disappointing as the staff seemed unhelpful. the room could have used better lighting and some furniture like a couch or table would have been nice.

I had a fantastic stay in Durham! The rooftop bar was exceptional, offering breathtaking views and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The turndown service was a lovely touch, and the breakfast and coffee in the lobby were delicious. The location was perfect for both attending a show at DPAC and exploring the local restaurants. Additionally, the free parking right across the street was a convenient bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Durham.

I stayed for three nights and found it conveniently located with various amenities within walking distance. the on-site coffee shop was delightful, and valet parking made things extremely convenient. I stayed at this place and it was great! The hotel is located in the center of the business district which is very convenient as there are more than a dozen restaurants nearby. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly, remembered my name and provided superb service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning and flat-screen TVs.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, making it easy to access SO many wonderful restaurants and activities in Durham. The rooms were large and clean, with comfy beds and nice decor. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast downstairs was fabulous. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities, such as Red Flower toiletries and coffee art.

The hotel lacked some essential facilities like sitting chairs and a small fridge in the room, which would have been expected in such a pricey establishment.
