The hotel was nice and clean, close to the beaches. The bed was comfortable and the staff extremely nice. The gas barbecues were available to all guests, allowing us to cook at our leisure. The facilities were well kept and there was private beach access.

We had an amazing stay at a charming motel with breathtaking views. The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect, close to beautiful beaches and shopping. We even enjoyed a stunning sunset with a glass of wine on the beach across the road. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing getaway.

The hotel is a great value for money with rooms kept up very well and a very close distance to many beaches. The rooms are simple in decor yet come with basic amenities and offer a nice view, with some even directly across the street from the beach. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is great!

Clean and spacious

I recently stayed at a motel in a convenient location for attending the Art Hamptons art fair. The room was surprisingly spacious with a small table and chairs for eating, as well as a fridge. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the surrounding property was well-maintained. Although I didn't have time to use the pool, it was a nice addition. it was a decent place for a one-night stay. I would recommend it.

The rooms were nicely furnished and very clean. We were pleased with the flat screen TVs and the convenience of having a microwave and fridge in the room. the location was fantastic, with a terrace overlooking the bay and a beach just across the street. It was a great spot for enjoying the sunset. Penny and Angela, the owners, were friendly and accommodating. They lent us a lobster cracker for a delicious dinner on the terrace.

There were no negative aspects to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

It would have been better to be informed about parking situations as a first-time visitor, as well as the hotel's offering of beach passes.
