Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great location near beaches and restaurants. Easy access to other towns in the Hamptons. Good communication with hotel owner. Nice pool and spectacular views. Clean and well-maintained property. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms have kitchen and BBQ setup.

The hotel was nice and clean, close to the beaches. The bed was comfortable and the staff extremely nice. The gas barbecues were available to all guests, allowing us to cook at our leisure. The facilities were well kept and there was private beach access.

We had an amazing stay at a charming motel with breathtaking views. The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect, close to beautiful beaches and shopping. We even enjoyed a stunning sunset with a glass of wine on the beach across the road. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing getaway.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its reasonable prices. The staff are attentive and friendly, with the owner going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right across the street from the ocean and close to practically everything. We loved being able to relax down by their private beach and the basic amenities provided were more than enough for our needs.

All in all, everything was okay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The parking was convenient, and the location was near practically everything. It was right by the ocean, close to the well-known Cooper's beach, and not far from the public beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

As women travelling alone, we loved the stylish and functional design of the property. The attention to detail from the family-run business was evident in every aspect. The hotel staff were incredibly approachable, friendly, and quick to respond to messages. we would not only recommend this place but also hope to revisit next year.
