We recently stayed at the property for a family vacation. The spacious two-bedroom suite with a screened-in patio was perfect for us. The staff was very gracious and the grounds were impeccably maintained. The pools, especially the saltwater ones, were a highlight, providing a fun and clean environment for both kids and adults. Next time we visit, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

The on-site facilities like the sun terrace and entertainment options added to the enjoyment, and the nearby landmarks such as Lake Wilson and the Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line provided additional bonding opportunities for families.

the rooms were super clean and comfy - with separate shower and bath. loved the fully stocked kitchen and laundry. location is great - close to Disney parks and lots of restaurants. also, the shuttle service is handy for getting around.

The outdoor swimming pool was the highlight for us. We would DEFINITELY choose this place again. Even better than the photos!

We spent our days lounging by the Dunes Lagoon pool with its awesome water slide and private cabanas. We also had a blast playing the 18-hole miniature golf course. Plus, the resort is super close to the Walt Disney World theme parks, so we got to experience all the magical fireworks and attractions. It was the perfect getaway for a group of young adventurers!

One thing that would have made our stay even better would have been more evening entertainment options for young party-goers.

During my stay, I observed that the lazy river had some issues with pool chipping, causing the water park to be closed down for maintenance. This unexpected inconvenience affected the enjoyment of the hotel's outdoor leisure facilities.

The rooms were clean and well-designed, and the complete apartments provided a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff at the Hilton Grand Vacations was amazing, providing excellent guest service through text messaging, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. The facility offered a range of options for a good vacation, although we didn't have a chance to utilize all the amenities. The breakfast and lunch at the Golf course were fantastic, with excellent service.
