Welcoming staff, welcoming atmosphere with super clean rooms and an amazing indoor/outdoor pool experience that kept my kids entertained for hours.

The indoor/outdoor water park was an absolute blast! I loved the daily activities for the kids, especially movie nights with free popcorn outside. The friendly staff made my experience even better, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The indoor water park was chaotic—no lifeguards in sight, overcrowded pools, and adults acting recklessly. It felt unsafe with kids getting hurt, and the staff didn’t seem to care about the mess or safety at all.

Our stay was really nice with the hotel right down the street from Pigeon Forge and only a few minutes away by car from major attractions like Dollywood, plus many restaurants and stores nearby, which made exploring super convenient for us. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was super friendly, and the outdoor splash pad and pools kept the kids entertained while we enjoyed our evenings. I did experience a few hiccups with the hotel amenities but overall it was a great place to stay.

Rooms feel like home with full kitchens and laundry. The kids had a blast with daily activities like yoga and movie nights.

It wasn’t the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for.

Very family friendly and super fun! Our room had everything we needed for 6 people, including a kitchen and flat-screen TV. The water park was perfect for kids with slides and a lazy river for adults. Staff was awesome, with tons of events for all ages. Great location close to attractions and Walmart.

Just a balanced option for a weekend in Pigeon Forge with incredible value for money. Comfy beds and great location.

There are plenty of family-friendly activities to keep everyone entertained. Most of the staff is friendly and the pools are clean and warm.

The water park exceeded expectations. Lifeguards were vigilant, ensuring a safe environment for my baby girl. Daily activities kept my kids engaged and smiling, a highlight being the kind staff—Skye and Logan truly stood out. The location is beautiful, with flowers blooming and a butterfly garden on the way. Quiet and peaceful, we felt undisturbed, which was refreshing. some areas need attention. The toddler splash area had broken spray guns and the kitchen layout felt cramped. Rooms showed signs of age, and noise from above was disruptive. The balcony view left something to be desired. Despite these minor setbacks, it remains a family favorite. We’ll be back.

Had a great stay close to Texas Roadhouse. Room was roomy, perfect for family. LOVED the friendly staff. Indoor pool was better in person. Would choose again! 😊

Omg, 🤩 the indoor waterpark with two slides at the hotel was awesome! also, the room was clean and spacious. But the breakfast could be better. Sally from the staff was super helpful 💯.

The location was nice, but the indoor water park and parking situation were disappointing. The staff didn't seem attentive, and the wrist bands were uncomfortable. Despite the issues, the condo was spacious with good amenities. However, the management and front desk were unhelpful, causing frustration and inconvenience during our stay.
