The stay was frustrating, especially with the noisy fridge that kept me up at night. Even after they replaced it, the overall cleanliness of the room was off-putting, with stains everywhere and a lack of basic supplies. Not impressed.

The view from my corner room was breathtaking and the balcony made the stay unforgettable! I loved having a full mini kitchen—so convenient for snacks and meals. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were the cherry on top for relaxation!

Great views from the 15th floor and spacious rooms with comfy beds. the check-in process was a mess—my room wasn’t available and the staff was unhelpful. I struggled with no Wi-Fi or parking info and was uncomfortable with the lingering smoke odors. Dirty hot tubs, broken elevators, and endless checkout chores made it feel more like an Airbnb than a hotel. Trash everywhere and overpriced breakfast didn’t help. All that said, the location is decent, away from the chaos, but the overall experience left much to be desired.

We booked a deluxe studio but were initially offered a basic one. I stood my ground. After some insistence, we secured a lovely deluxe studio. Check-in was painfully slow; the 4 PM rush doesn’t make for a smooth start. the location is stunning. The room boasts spectacular views, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. Mornings are bright and cheerful. The pool area is enjoyable, but it could use more sunlight. Staff interactions were lacking; some were dismissive rather than helpful. Limited housekeeping and parking made things less convenient, too. I appreciate the amenities, but the service needs significant improvement. Proceed with caution. You might need to rely on yourself here.

Strong match for a brief hiatus in Atlantic City with good value for money. Clean room, nice view.

Amazing view from the 30th floor! The suite had a kitchenette which was super handy since the restaurant was closed during the week. Clean rooms, comfy beds, spacious layout and an indoor pool. Great location off the strip, easy to walk or take the jitney. Parking was cheap too at 20 bucks for 3 days.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. the air conditioner was poorly maintained; the filter was dirty and held in with duct tape, which affected its performance. I noticed constant buzzing from the vent outside, which was disruptive at night. The tub faucet didn’t stop running, adding to the annoyance. The location was pleasant with great views, but nearby dining options were limited. While I appreciated the staff, including Omar who was very helpful, some aspects require improvement for a more enjoyable stay.

Loud music from nearby houses kept us up at night. The kids' club was a hit and the room was spacious.

The hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and only around a 15-minute stroll to the boardwalk where you can find vibrant attractions like Steel Pier and Ripley's Believe It or Not, making it an ideal spot for exploring the city on foot. Our spacious room had a nice kitchen and a balcony with breathtaking ocean views that made our stay even more enjoyable, while the staff was very polite and professional. It would have been great if the indoor pool was open during our visit, but the overall experience was still super comfy.
