Stylish and modern decor throughout the hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by some disappointments. The check-in process was far from smooth. the line was incredibly long when I arrived. Additionally, noise from a party on the second floor made it difficult to sleep, as it continued much longer than anticipated. These issues detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

The valet parking fees are shockingly high!!! It would be more reasonable to charge based on usage rather than a flat rate. Additionally, the internet connection was spotty at best, and some facilities seem poorly maintained!!!

This place is a right gem! Staff are all friendly as pie, and the 1808 Grille served up brekkie that was spot on. A tip though—parking fees are a bit steep, but the Tesla rides make up for it. Will be back for sure!

We love this hotel’s unique character compared to all the chain hotels around! The room is spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Plus, there’s live music in the lobby almost every evening, creating a vibrant atmosphere that adds to the overall charm.

However, the cleaning staff could come by a bit earlier in the day.

While the location was great, a slightly larger room would have improved the stay, especially for a family. I particularly enjoyed the traditional shabu-shabu offered, adding a unique dining experience to our visit.

The staff provided excellent service and helped with local recommendations. My stay reminded me of the road trips I take through Italy with my partner, seeking out new experiences together.
