The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, and we loved being able to snorkel safely in the calm waters. the staff were courteous and helpful, providing excellent service.

the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which was an inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at a quiet, peaceful hotel near the ocean. The location was perfect, away from the crowded area of Waikiki Beach, but still close to ABC stores in Hawaii and the main beach. The room was comfortable and had a balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel bar offered delicious cocktails, and the beach access was a fantastic advantage.

One minor inconvenience was the absence of an outside faucet to wash our feet before reentering the hotel.

My room had a beautiful corner view of the mountains and ocean, and I could hear the waves at night. The beach was not overcrowded, and the park next door was perfect for a morning walk. The cleaning staff was prompt, and Tony and Kevin at the front desk were the best. I recommend staying at this hotel.

We loved the peaceful atmosphere and convenience of being within walking distance to Waikiki. The valet service was excellent. The Kaimana beach, perfect for both adults and children, was a delightful escape from the crowded Waikiki beach. The Diamond Rock Suite, although lacking an ocean view, offered spacious accommodations at a great price. The hotel's smaller size meant always having access to elevators, unlike larger hotels.

It is situated at the quiet end of Waikiki on a wonderful beach, and it is also conveniently located across from a large park, making the walk very pleasant. I loved the hotel's location right next to a fantastic bathing beach. The beach was wide, with soft near-white sand, and not crowded. It was perfect for snorkeling, and I even saw three turtles during one outing. Plus, the hotel was just a short 15-minute walk from downtown, so it was conveniently located while still being quiet and peaceful. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the lobby had a charming ambiance. My oceanfront room was amazing, with high-quality toiletries, excellent air conditioning, and even a good in-room coffee setup. The hotel also provided beach towels, mats, and umbrellas, which came in handy during the rainy days.

The hotel is located close to Waikiki, and there are nearby attractions such as the aquarium and zoo. Beach towels and mats are provided.

This hotel has a lot going for it! the location is great for those wanting to explore a less busy area of Waikiki, with a stunning park and convenience store just across the street. Secondly, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the ones with a Diamond Head view. Lastly, the breakfast is delicious and a great way to start the day!

The view from the restaurant was absolutely stunning and the wait staff provided excellent service. the hotel staff, including the valet and front desk, were friendly and helpful. the beach access was convenient and the availability of beach towels was a nice touch.

The room size was a bit small and some areas of the hotel seemed tired and in need of updating. Additionally, the bathroom had some issues such as a slow draining shower and a handheld showerhead that caused water to splash onto the floor.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the private beach was a great advantage, and there was a stunning restaurant and lobby area. the cocktails were excellent and presented beautifully, adding to the overall great vibe of the hotel.

Great location, authentic atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing ocean view, delicious food at Hau Tree restaurant, comfortable room with great amenities.
