The hotel staff was friendly and eager to help, from the bell hop to the front desk. Housekeeping was excellent, keeping the room clean and well-organized. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the accommodating facilities and amenities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was beautiful, with a good distance from the stores and the river. It was great being right next to Battery Park and away from the noise and crowded areas around Times Square. The subway station was just a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was really cooperative and the cleanliness was way better than other hotels I've stayed at. They even helped me with a room with a good view. The amenities provided, like the ironing facilities, tea and coffee, mini-bar, and in-room safe.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The beds were comfortable. The view from the corner room on the 33rd floor was phenomenal. Room was spacious and fit three people comfortably. Convenient location near subway lines, restaurants, and shops.

The hotel is conveniently located in a great area, close to Battery Park and with easy access to popular attractions such as Liberty Island and Wall St It's also within walking distance of One World Observatory and has easy access to the subway. The rooms are clean and spacious, with great views of the city skyline and landmarks like the World Trade Center and the Empire State Building. The staff is friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay.

The Jr King corner suite was spacious, perfect for myself and my two kids. Great location near 911 memorial, pools, Wall Street, and south street seaport. Within walking distance to TKTS booth for discount Broadway tickets. Rooms were clean and relatively new. Staff was kind and helpful. Valet parking was worth the price.
