It was just a fine choice for a fleeting trip in Traverse City with fantastic value for money. The breakfast box was always accurate.

Our family had an amazing time at the beach, enjoying over 600 feet of sugar sand perfect for building sand castles and soaking in the vibrant Northern Michigan sunsets. The property offers a killer workout at the infamous Dune Climb, and the chance to explore Traverse City for skiing, hiking, swimming, and boating. The Dennos Museum Center at Northwestern Michigan College was a delightful visit, with interesting exhibits for the kids and adults.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly breakfast options available for families with children.

At my first stay, staff helped me with room issue even at night. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, indoor pool, beach access, sun loungers. I'm coming back for the weekend. It has everything I need and no regrets.

I recently stayed at Sugar Beach Resort for a short visit and it was wonderful. The check-in experience was pleasant and the front desk staff was very friendly. I loved how they brought towels to the pool area without us even asking. The pool itself was clean and the temperature was just right. The best part was the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The beds were also incredibly comfortable and the option of a king/queen combo was unique and helpful for our group.

Excellent staff willing to assist with any request and offering helpful information on nearby attractions. Breakfast options delivered to the room upon request. Short drive to downtown and conveniently located near an Electric Vehicle charger.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to various activities and attractions. Although the parking lot was a bit crowded and it was hard to get out on the highway, we enjoyed the convenience of being on a great beach. Our room and bathroom were clean, and we appreciated the comfortable bed and beautiful decor. In addition, the continental breakfast was good enough for us. The view of the lake was stunning, and we enjoyed the spacious balcony.
