I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Steamboat Springs for a ski trip. The location was perfect, with numerous restaurants nearby and a free city bus right next to the hotel that took me to the gondola square in just 20 minutes. The owner was very attentive and made sure I had a great stay. The continental breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, yogurt, pastries, and more. The rooms were cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the large hot tub was a nice bonus. I also appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Totally recommend this hotel.

As backpackers, we loved the well-maintained property with a friendly and helpful staff. The pool and hot tub were open with restrictions, and they even offered a variety of milk options for our coffee. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions, like the Chief Theater. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Creekside Cafe, thanks to the welcoming Emily.

We felt very welcome at Nordic Lodge, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, allowing us easy access to all the restaurants and activities this city has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It was all superb.

We had a wonderful experience during our New Year getaway at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and gave us helpful directions to all the places we wanted to visit. The best part was the free breakfast, which was one of the best we've had at a hotel. It had a variety of options and really helped us start our day off right.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The hot tub by the pool wasn't as hot as we would've liked, which was a bit disappointing.

Location, comfortable bed, walking distance to shops and restaurants, shuttle to ski resort, perfect sauna.

The staff at the front desk, particularly Emily, were super friendly and welcoming. The king size accommodations were comfortable and clean. I loved the kitchenette area with a granite top, refrigerator, and stovetop. The location was awesome, with plenty of eateries and activities within walking distance.

We had a great experience at a roadside motel in a prime location. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were cozy, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit. We loved being able to stroll around and shop in the area. The front desk staff provided us with fantastic suggestions for things to do in the area, they were so friendly and helpful. The motel was also conveniently located near the Yampa River and a large park, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

The location of the lodge was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all amenities including the free local bus to the ski area. The owners, Greg and Chelsea, were very welcoming and provided us with lots of useful information about the town and recommendations for dinner. They really made us feel at home, which is rare these days. The accommodation was warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The lodge had a nice atmosphere and the front desk guy, who I think was the manager or owner, was really helpful and provided advice on just about anything we needed. The breakfast was also better than other places in this price range. We also appreciated that they were pet friendly, as we traveled with our dog.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.
