We loved the beautiful country views from our room at North Shire Lodge. The spacious and clean room had double sliding doors that offered a stunning view of the mountains. The friendly owners made us feel welcome and were very involved. The breakfast was a big plus, with a great selection and delicious coffee.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely view from our clean and spacious room. We enjoyed the quietness and the added amenities such as the DVD player and microwave. The location was convenient, situated on the edge of the city and making it easy for us to get around. The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide choice of cereals, bread, and bagels. It was as good, if not better, than some 4-star hotels. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, location, and breakfast made our stay enjoyable.

My husband and I stayed at this charming lodge for three nights and it was the best place we've ever been. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, each with its own unique interior. The view from the property and our room was absolutely stunning. The homemade breakfast served every morning was delicious. The owners, Tim and Kerry, were incredibly friendly and gave the place a personal touch. The small onsite pub served great burgers and delightful cocktails. It was the perfect location, just a 10-minute drive from a lovely town. This has become our favorite place in New England so far!

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. the pub at the hotel was not open during our visit, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to enjoying a drink and socializing.

As youngsters, we loved the relaxed vibe and stunning mountain views from our room. The lodge décor gave it a cozy feel. The owners were super friendly and even helped us with parking for our hiking adventures. The breakfast was delicious too!

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the great value and delicious breakfast at the hotel. the breakfast was consistently excellent, providing a hearty start to our day. Additionally, the hotel's location near restaurants and a mall made it convenient for dining and shopping. the cozy and clean rooms, as well as the comfortable beds, ensured a pleasant and restful stay.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could be improved. the toilets and tissue holder were uncomfortably low, and the step into the room was a bit difficult to navigate with luggage.
