I recently had a great stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it! The staff here is fantastic, especially the weekday evening desk clerk, Nita. She is always smiling and so friendly, which adds a personal touch to the overall experience. The King Suite I booked was spacious and worth the small additional fee. The breakfast in the morning is superb, with a made-to-order omelette station that I really enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in a retail shopping area, close to several nice restaurants, and just a mile away from a shopping mall.

The basic amenities exceeded expectations, and the staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Breakfast was also a great plus, with a good variety of options.

The hotel could benefit from improving the cleanliness of the rooms, such as removing any stains or marks on the walls, as well as adding more towels in rooms with two beds.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn for a vacation and family visit. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, movie theaters, and a Quick Trip. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool and exercise room were nice, and my kid had fun in the pool. The room was clean and relaxing. The staff allowed us to use the dining area for dance practice and even mailed us a misplaced blanket after checkout. a great experience. I highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to this hotel for 19 years and I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in town, unless I'm with family. The staff here is very friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The location is great, being removed from the downtown area but still easy to locate. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable.

There was one slight issue with the facilities that could be improved, but overall everything was okay.

Some areas of the hotel need maintenance, as some of the carpet in the bedrooms had major ripples, and the curtains covered the HVAC units.

Additionally, the staff, particularly Esperanza, who checked me in, were extremely helpful and friendly. Despite being the only staff member on duty, Esperanza remained calm and capable, even helping me with the television in my room. I had a great experience at this hotel.

We arrived late due to my surgery, and she was incredibly kind and understanding. The breakfast at the hotel was plentiful and delicious, with a fantastic omelet bar. The staff overall was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for shopping. The pool, although a bit cold, was a unique feature with its transition from inside to outside.
