The welcoming and helpful staff were always on hand, making me feel valued throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, I noticed that the shower nozzle was stuck in a spray mode that wasn't ideal for my preferences.

OMG, like, the best part? The staff totally hooked us up with an upgrade after I mentioned a weird sound in our first room! Super chill and clean vibes all around, plus, fresh fruit water all day long? Yes, please! Breakfast had these low-carb picks, and man, so delish! Totally gonna be back!

Check-in went smoothly, I appreciated the bag with two water bottles. The room had two queen beds, a fridge, and a desk. I found a couple of small toys from previous guests, but the front desk reassured me about cleanliness. The continental breakfast was nice. The pool was spacious and the fitness center looked well maintained. The stay felt a bit pricey at over $170 due to the weekend tournament, but exploring the area was enjoyable. I appreciate clean and welcoming spaces as someone traveling from Italy with my partner.

my previous stay in coeur d'alene was great, but this time at hampton inn really exceeded my expectations. the room was larger than expected with a nice kitchen area and the staff went above and beyond, especially anaka who was super accommodating on my birthday. every detail, from the cozy lobby to the clean pool, made it a wonderful city break.

I loved the spacious room with comfy beds and a well-organized layout. Having a balcony was a bonus—enjoyed sipping coffee while taking in the peaceful views. The room had solid wood furniture and granite tops that felt upscale. It was nice to see the thoughtful welcome bags upon arrival. The breakfast was way better than expected, with great healthy options. The location was also super convenient for walks along the river. Overall, a comfy spot to relax after a busy day!

Room had a refrigerator, microwave, and alarm clock. Also included a TV, sofa bed, and hairdryer. Loved the shower! Facilities were top-notch—indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all clean and inviting. Breakfast each morning was delicious with lots of options, too.
