Excellent Location and Stunning Views

The excellent location overlooking Times Square and the spacious, comfortable room with a great view made my stay memorable. However, the inconsistent service at the front desk and issues with room key functioning need improvement.

The upgrade to our room at the M Social Hotel was incredible! We had stunning views of the city skyline and the majestic river, making our New York experience truly unforgettable. The hotel staff surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift, adding a personal touch to our stay.

Location could not have been better for sightseeing. Comfortable rooms & friendly staff. Great in-house amenities like a convenient luggage storage. Although lacking coffee in-room, the lobby view of Times Square and nearby dining options made up for it. Would return if breakfast issues are addressed.

During my recent business trip to New York, my director selected M Social Hotel Times Square for our stay, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. The property offers a fully equipped fitness center with top-notch cardio machines and yoga balls, which allowed me to maintain my fitness routine even during my busy schedule. The fitness center was spacious and well-maintained, providing a refreshing space for workouts with a variety of equipment. It was a great way to start my day and stay energized for my meetings and activities.

It would have been better for the hotel to inform guests in advance.

The lobby level is a huge open-plan space with plenty of seating for travelers to linger. I could feel the electricity of Times Square right there in the heart of the theatre district. The modern pops of blue on the headboard and artwork displayed neon-colored abstract shapes, making me feel like I had stepped into a trendy new art exhibition.

The M Social Hotel Times Square New York impressed me with its sophisticated decor, creating a soothing ambiance throughout the property. The room I stayed in was quite large, comfortable, and clean, equipped with two double beds, a TV, fridge.

Despite the comfortable room, the hotel fell short in acknowledging special occasions. As we were celebrating our 5-year anniversary, the hotel did not make any effort to recognize the milestone, which left us feeling a bit overlooked.

I always return for my holiday. Staff helped me discover places. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and gym. Great amenities keep me coming back. Thank you, M Social!

The hotel's vibe is like a mix of futuristic and classic. The lobby and rooftop area are super trendy and offer gorgeous city views. The rooms might need a little sprucing up, but they're comfy and clean, and breakfast was tasty every day. The location is prime – close to all the action in the city, which made exploring easy peasy. Plus, the lobby games were a hit with the kiddos, giving us a chance to unwind with a cocktail and Times Square views. The communal area can get a tad loud, but thankfully, it's all silent from inside the cozy rooms.

Our stay at M Social Hotel Times Square New York with our 11-month-old was truly amazing. The stunning view over Times Square, proximity to top attractions and reliable staff made our trip unforgettable. The relaxation areas like the sun terrace and TV room added ease, while nearby landmarks like Rockefeller Center and Broadway created special family bonding moments.

As a senior woman, I thoroughly enjoyed the modern flair and stylish décor of the hotel, especially the vibrant artwork displaying neon-colored abstract shapes in the general areas. The soothing color palette and the soft lighting throughout the hotel made it a comfortable and inviting place for seniors to relax. Additionally, the hotel's prime Midtown location provided easy access to various New York City attractions, making it convenient for senior people to explore and enjoy the city.
