Had a great time in a spacious double Queen remodeled suite. Loved the two full bathrooms and the layout with a living room and kitchenette. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were huge and clean. Gym was also large with usable equipment. Staff was super helpful. Room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and a comfy seating area.

The room was dirty, seriously—hair everywhere, a stained pillow, and the sink was cracked. It felt like they didn’t even clean the place before I checked in. Totally gross!

The room offers a fantastic view that makes waking up a pleasure. The front desk staff is welcoming and the location is super convenient for travel.

The cleanliness of the room could definitely use improvement.

I also enjoyed the amazing indoor pool and hot tub. the facility did have some cleanliness issues and noise disturbances that could use improvement.

Room was big and clean, the staff helped with luggage too. They have an indoor pool which was great for the kids.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the amenities it felt fair.

We enjoyed the lively casino atmosphere with bingo, slots, and gaming tables. The spacious remodeled suite was perfect for our large family, offering two bathrooms and a well, laid, out living area. The indoor pool and large Jacuzzi were great for relaxing after a day of excitement.

My children wished for a more kid, friendly dining option.

Perfectly placed near great parks and attractions

During my stay, I loved how just a short walk of less than 10 minutes took me to landmarks like Victorian Square and The Grand Theatre, while the beautiful Sparks Marina Park was only a bit over 2 km away, making it perfect for my weekend strolls; plus, the staff was friendly and the elevators were quick, which made exploring the area stress-free, but the experience could be even better with some noise reduction from nearby traffic.

When we checked into the Nugget, I was immediately hit with a strong smell of smoke, which was quite unpleasant. Despite requesting a high floor and a quiet room, we were placed on the 24th floor where we could hear noise from other guests, TV through the walls, and even late-night train disturbances. The room itself was dusty, and the bathroom was not clean, with a dirty toilet and tub, as well as a dead cockroach under the sink. I also found it disappointing that there was no microwave in the room. the staff at the Nugget were unhelpful and rude. We had issues with the air conditioning not working, and despite multiple requests, it was never fixed. The housekeeping was subpar, as they missed cleaning the floor and only partially addressed the cleanliness issues we raised. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, including the room and pool area, left much to be desired. The fact that someone stole our slot machine voucher from the room and the hotel did not adequately address it was also a disappointing experience. In terms of amenities, the hotel does offer some conveniences like flat-screen TVs and comfortable beds, but these were overshadowed by the numerous issues we encountered during our stay. I would not recommend staying at the Nugget due to the cleanliness issues, unhelpful staff, and lack of attention to guest concerns.

Check-in was convenient with the kiosk. Our room was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfy. we requested a king and received two queens, a notable downside. The room was spacious, featuring nice furniture and an oversized flat screen. Shower pressure was excellent, but it didn’t drain well. Heater issues arose, and noise from an industrial fan disturbed our sleep. Elevators malfunctioned, causing delays. I appreciated the quietness inside but not the cigarette smell in the air. The bathroom needed attention; the tub had black specks, and a higher toilet would improve comfort. Housekeeping could improve as well.

Valet service was a hassle, and the casino felt dark and disorienting. Checked in at a kiosk and ended up far from the elevator despite requesting a high floor. The room was spacious, but cleanliness was lacking—dusty surfaces and old coffee in the machine were disappointing. The indoor pool looked nice, but the cold water was a letdown, especially with kids around. Dining options were limited due to bookings, and the food quality had dropped. Staff responses felt indifferent, and we faced issues like a broken sink edge. Not quite what I hoped for.

Friendly staff, clean room with exceptional amenities like the cozy restaurant and the delicious food we enjoyed at the Oyster bar.

The pillow top mattresses were the highlight, SO COMFY! Unfortunately, the breakfast didn't live up to the photos. Despite that, I'd still choose to stay here again.
