The Nugget Casino Resort offers suites and double rooms which was convenient for my group. The room's view of the mountains was stunning and added a nice touch to the stay.

The shower had drainage issues, and the bed sheets were uncomfortable.

I chose this hotel for a corporate offsite as it provides 110,000 square feet of space including a conference center and meeting rooms. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff was accommodating and professional throughout my stay, making it conducive for work purposes.

The only service I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center, which would have been convenient for last-minute printing and other business needs during my stay.

The staff, like Jeanne from Lost and Found, were helpful and understanding. Despite the disappointing dining experiences, the hotel's relaxation options, including the casino, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi.

The beds were comfy and the room was fairly clean. It was also in a good spot with a nice view of the city.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and good facilities. The location is convenient, right at the casino and in downtown. Despite being near a noisy railroad station, the hotel is situated on its own street, ensuring a quieter atmosphere. The staff provide attentive service and the basic amenities in the rooms are satisfactory. Additionally, the breakfast at the steak house is enjoyable, with at least pastries included.

Although most aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, there were a few areas that could be improved upon. The rooms could benefit from an update, and the toilets needed better cleaning.

The dining scene at The Nugget is lit! From the shabu shabu vibes to local brews at Great Basin Brewing Co, flavor town is just steps away. And don't sleep on Tailgate Deli for a quick bite—you'll be drooling for days. Plus, Starbucks is a skip away for that caffeine fix.

Gotta spill the tea—rooms can get rowdy next door, but hey, Reno nights are wild. Pool woes aside, the dinner buffet could use some extra spice.

The premier double queen room was spacious and comfortable for four young women. Great view from the 25th floor. The gaming floor had lots of slots and tables, with friendly staff and clean surroundings. The cocktail waitresses were amazing, serving drinks promptly while gambling. The hotel's location was perfect for attending our grandson's basketball tournament.

Felt very cared for, no complaints.

My wife says that families with children would appreciate a designated play area for kids.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was king size and comfortable, and the furniture was very nice. The view from our room was good, and there was plenty of hot water for our bath and shower. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, as there was a great little shop near the elevator on the main floor with drinks, snacks, and travel size items. Additionally, the hotel staff were helpful and accommodating.

Our stay at the resort was amazing. We were upgraded to a spacious room with a luxurious tub for two with jets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we enjoyed a couple of nights of great sleep. We particularly loved the breathtaking view from our 24th floor window and the peacefulness of the hallways. The room service was top-notch, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful resort.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sparks for one night and had a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable with two very comfy beds. The shower had a strong water stream, which was refreshing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the bars had $4 Bloody Mary's, which was a pleasant surprise. it was a nice hotel for my short stay.

We loved the spacious rooms and the amazing city view! The amenities were top-notch, especially the fridge and large TV. The hotel provided high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The Noddle House restaurant was fantastic, and we received excellent service from Renee at Rosie's cafe. As young people, we really appreciated the free self parking and the Starbucks in the lobby opening early.
