I recently stayed at Ross Bridge for a long weekend and I must say, the amenities were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. Plus, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the area.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the absence of a microwave in the room and difficulties with parking, these were outweighed by the positives. The amenities, bed, and bathroom definitely made up for any shortcomings.

The golf course and staff were incredible. the location of the resort, surrounded by rolling hills, was heavenly. the hotel had both outdoor and indoor pools, perfect for families.

The hotel rooms were a bit tired and some had issues with cleanliness. the hotel was understaffed, resulting in long wait times for service and limited amenities.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room had a beautiful view of the patio and pool. Breakfast was excellent with made-to-order omelets and delicious French toast. The property had a Renaissance-style design and was gorgeous. Planning to return next year for our anniversary.

We had a great time here. The food was excellent, especially the French toast and made-to-order omelets. The staff was wonderful and made us feel special from start to finish. The location is amazing and the view is breathtaking. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had great amenities, like an in-room safe and ironing facilities.

The pool area was fantastic for the kids, and the rooms were clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel went above and beyond when my son lost his tooth, providing handmade gold ribbon for the tooth fairy.

As young people, we loved the variety of amenities and activities offered at Ross Bridge. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with delicious options like French toast and made-to-order omelets. The pools were a great place to relax and have fun, and we really enjoyed the bagpiper who entertained us. The staff, especially Tracy, Montez, Carla, Adit, and Trina.

We felt right at home at Ross Bridge, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Great breakfast, convenient access to pro shop and course. Beautiful resort, like a Bavarian Castle. Outstanding services and food. Balcony view over pool and Mill stream, very relaxing. Highly recommended, will definitely come back.

This place is located in a great area with a nice pool and clean rooms. The staff here is polite and helpful, and they even went above and beyond for us when my son lost his tooth. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices, and the omelet chef and waitresses were super friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the activities for kids and the bartenders by the pool were charming and fun.

We had a bit of an odd experience during our stay, with a mix-up in our in-room breakfast order. However, the issue was quickly resolved and the kitchen manager even offered a refund.
