I recently stayed at Ross Bridge for a long weekend and I must say, the amenities were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. Plus, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the area.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the absence of a microwave in the room and difficulties with parking, these were outweighed by the positives. The amenities, bed, and bathroom definitely made up for any shortcomings.

I also appreciated the beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This place is located in a great area with a nice pool and clean rooms. The staff here is polite and helpful, and they even went above and beyond for us when my son lost his tooth. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices, and the omelet chef and waitresses were super friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the activities for kids and the bartenders by the pool were charming and fun.

We had a bit of an odd experience during our stay, with a mix-up in our in-room breakfast order. However, the issue was quickly resolved and the kitchen manager even offered a refund.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my experience, from the concierge who was always quick to assist, to the bartender and waiting staff who made my celebration extra special by giving us a free dessert. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with delicious French toast, made-to-order omelets, perfectly cooked bacon, and tantalizing fresh fruit. But what really stood out to me was the warm and welcoming nature of the staff, from the check-in desk to the restaurant. They made me feel like a VIP and truly made my stay special.

I can't recommend this hotel enough to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The golf course at this resort was excellent! It offered challenging holes and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. the staff were also very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Additionally, the resort's location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently close to local attractions and amenities.

We did notice that some areas of the hotel appeared to be in need of attention. the rooms could have been better maintained, as we experienced issues with the shower drainage and dim lighting.

Daphne and her staff even helped make our son's lost tooth experience special by hand cutting gold ribbon for glitter. The breakfast was fantastic, with a friendly chef making delicious omelets and attentive waitresses. The club restaurant served the best chicken quesadilla I've ever had. The bartenders by the pool were also friendly and charming. The hotel also offered creative and fun activities for the kids.

Although our room didn't overlook the busy pool area, it was still relaxing. The staff checked me in late, so they upgraded me to a corner suite with no extra charge.
