The magical wine social with delightful nibbles created a wonderful evening atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring.

Jennifer at the front desk was most helpful she even gave me a complimentary hottub use with the best view of the ocean. One night there was a wine tasting and Andrew did an awesome job with a great assortment of drinks.

During our family trip, we had a great time enjoying the spectacular ocean views and spacious layout of the cottage we stayed in. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions like art galleries and the beach. Although there were a few kitchen items missing and the floors could use a good mopping, the overall vibe and the ocean scenery made our stay very enjoyable.

spending my weekend here was a dream, as I woke up to ocean sounds and magnificent views, while just a few steps away from the Newport Visual Arts Center and charming eateries like Sorella, making city strolls a pure delight.

Ask about available kitchen utensils during check-in to ensure you have everything needed for meal prep, as some items might be missing.

The unit we were assigned was on the third floor, and the absence of an elevator was a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the kitchen was only minimally stocked, lacking essential items needed for cooking. It was also disappointing to find that there were around 150 stairs leading down to the beach, which made access difficult, especially since I was traveling with someone who has mobility challenges.

Wicked amazing view from the wrap-around windows! The kitchen was well-stocked, so we whipped up some good meals. The old-school vibe had its charm, but the couch? A bit too hard for my liking. That hot tub? Pure bliss under the stars with the ocean in sight. Definitely coming back for the sunsets.

The views were top-notch, but the couch was sorely uncomfortable, and finding the pool was a mission. Wouldn't mind staying longer, though!

I had a mid-week stay and found the location to be excellent for exploring nearby galleries and dining options. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy. I even caught sight of whales from my deck, which was a highlight. The hot tub and pool were nice to have as well. Although some things needed updating, the overall experience was enjoyable. I appreciated the warm hospitality, and I'm hoping to return soon.
