We had a delightful stay at a little paradise with access to 4 private hot spring water pools. the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Highly recommended for nature lovers seeking relaxation and rejuvenation in thermal waters.

We got great value for our money at Termales. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The location was remote and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff, especially the front desk, were outstanding and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety and options.

I had an incredible time at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with private hot springs and a variety of swimming pools that never felt overcrowded. The location was stunning, set next to a beautiful river and surrounded by towering mountains. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation options and had ample parking available. The breakfast offered was delicious and there were excellent options for dietary restrictions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
