Man, I was just wowed. Perfect location with a skybridge to the mall and the concert venue. Room was cozy, pool was dope, and the holiday vibes in the lobby made everything feel festive. Can't wait to be back in March!

The rooms were spacious, and cleanliness was top-notch. Loved the spacious pool and the relaxing vibe throughout the hotel. Staff were super attentive, particularly housekeeping. They were always ready to help with a smile!

overall experience was just okay. The location is indeed convenient, with easy access to the mall, but I was disappointed with the parking situation and the inconsistent housekeeping. I did enjoy the quick responses from maintenance when issues arose.

It was also within walking distance to both Brown University and RISD, which I found delightful for exploring the local sights. Additionally, the room was comfortable and clean, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing.

The parking situation was somewhat confusing, particularly for first-time visitors.

Consider requesting a room on an upper level for better views of the State House and city skyline. the scenery adds a wonderful touch to your stay.

The parking garage is quite a hike from the hotel – not ideal for a luxury stay!!! Also, you get hit with extra charges for everything, including ice!!! Room decor didn't match the price!!! The housekeeping missed the mark on cleanliness, which was disappointing!!!

also, my room was right over the highway, making my stay about as relaxing as a jackhammer concert. for the price, I expected at least a simple welcome cookie or something to show I was special, but nada.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the clean, cozy room and the great breakfast options. But the non-stop noise from the hallway made it tough to sleep well. Not sure I'd stay again.

The corner room I stayed in had an updated bathroom but the furniture definitely showed signs of wear. Very quiet room with easy access to the Convention Center and a skybridge to the mall made logistics a breeze. The clean, odor-free environment was a pleasant surprise for an older wing of the hotel. While valet parking was on the pricey side at $38, the quick retrieval of my car (5-10 minutes) made it manageable. Don't miss trying the Saladworks across the street for a light meal.

Had a fun stay! The location is super convenient with a skybridge straight to the mall and the concert venue. Tried the bar for some late-night snacks, and it hit the spot. Only thing was the WiFi charges, felt a bit sneaky. Would've loved a towel rack in the bathroom too. Overall, a solid spot!

no complaints , just some noise issues.

We were treated like VIPs when they gave us cookies at check in because we had our kid with us. The room was so clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They let us check in early which was a surprise that made the trip smoother.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for a family trip, it worked out well.
