Comfy Stay in Downtown Providence

Despite some minor maintenance issues like creaky chairs and leaky windows, my stay at the hotel was very comfortable and convenient. the location was unbeatable, within walking distance to great food venues and large train stations, and the staff were super nice and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the pool and the cozy room that made my stay enjoyable, despite the flaky plumbing and the issues with the tap water.

The dining scene at The Omni in Providence was wicked good! From the fish dishes to the cocktails, each bite was a flavorful adventure. The staff's attention to detail and the luxurious room upgrades were top-notch. Plus, being close to local favorites like Bolt and The Capital Grille was a foodie dream come true.

Getting around was a wicked hassle, mate. With half the elevators on holiday and the escalators taking a snooze, it was a mission just to get to your room.

The location of this hotel is a winner - you can practically roll out of bed straight into a fantastic restaurant or a Broadway show. The hotel's central spot made exploring a breeze and I loved how everything was just a hop and a skip away. If you stay here, make sure to grab a scooter and enjoy the city! 🛴 Despite the valet parking fees being a little unexpected, the overall stay was smooth sailing.

This hotel was outstanding! the location is exceptional, right in the middle of the city and connected to the shopping mall through a bridge. the staff were delightful, very friendly, helpful, and efficient, making our stay truly enjoyable. the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable retreat after exploring Providence. the pillow and bed were excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the breakfast offered was great, and the hotel's proximity to various sights, museums, shopping, bars.

One aspect that could be improved is the pricing at the restaurant, as it seemed a bit steep. the chlorine level in the pool was quite high, causing irritation to some guests.

The dining options from the database in this hotel were a true culinary adventure. I visited the opulent dining room and was blown away by the featured dishes created using local ingredients from area farms. The farm-to-table restaurant was approachable and highlighted ingredients from the local food system. It was a delightful experience to savor dishes prepared from scratch with such care and attention to detail.

The stay at Omni Providence was overall enjoyable, with a room overlooking the Capitol building as requested and lovely birthday treats. The Fitness Centre was great, and the lobby and swimming pool were stunning. The location was excellent, and landmarks like Thayer Street and Waterplace Park were close by, enhancing our family bonding experience. The staff was generally helpful, especially Celeste at the front desk. a pleasant stay despite some minor issues.

The hotel's location made it easy for us to visit the Dunkin' Donuts Center, the Rhode Island Convention Center, and the nearby beaches. The hotel's easy access to gourmet restaurants and historic attractions added to our enjoyable family getaway.

My wife says that having more kid-friendly dining options would have been great for families with children.

the staff at the hotel, especially at the valet parking, were extremely positive and responsive. They went above and beyond to help me when my keys went missing, and they didn't give up until they found them. the hotel itself was very good, with pleasant personnel and comfortable rooms. the coffee machine was also a nice touch, better than what I usually find in hotels. the price offered for the room was very competitive, making it a great deal.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is within walking distance of many popular attractions, including the waterfront, a mall, and a convention center. the convenience of having these places nearby made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offers a bridge that allows guests to easily access the nearby mall, which was a great bonus.

There were some aspects of my stay that were disappointing. First, the temperature in the conference areas was consistently too hot.
