I always stay here for good reasons. At first visit, staff suggested nice restaurants. Place has Wi, Fi, Free parking, Welcome drink, Laundry. There are Picnic area, Flat, screen TV, Games. Also, Kitchen supplies, Table tennis, Kids' zone, Pets. I'll be back for New Year! .

We stayed here for the Neil Young concert, and it was a great find! Comfy rooms, accommodating owners, delightful wine and cheese, and breakfast beyond our expectations. Made the drive to and from the concert more than worth it. PS. Pretend like you're visiting family, say "hi" to the owner instead of ringing the bell.

Lovely mountain views from the sitting area and clean, renovated rooms with wooden accents. Hosts are passionate and knowledgeable about the area - they offer excellent recommendations and evening cheese and wine. Animal-friendly environment where guests can relax and enjoy a peaceful, scenic stay.

It's the perfect location for an Ouray vacation – the hotel is nestled by mountains on all sides, right by a gorgeous river flowing through the trees, and only a short walk from downtown. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is out of this world, with delicious homemade dishes and a wide variety of options to choose from.

The ice machine wasn't working during our stay, which made it difficult to keep our drinks cold.

The complimentary breakfast was good and the coffee was delicious. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to a lot of restaurants and shops. the view from our room was stunning and it was nice to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning.

Our stay was not all that great. the room we were given was small and cramped.

Awesome breakfast, perfect location, comfy beds, allowed pets, inviting staff, clean.
