I recently stayed at Pacific Terrace for a family vacation. The staff was exceptional, providing great customer service from the front desk to the wait staff. They were all very helpful and provided us with information about local attractions and eateries in the area. The cabanas at the pool were a nice touch, especially since they were first come, first serve. The cleanliness of the facility was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff even made towel animals for us each day. The location was ideal, allowing for easy walks along the coast and to nearby restaurants. a memorable stay.

Rooms are small, not enough staff available. No nightstand or light on each side of the bed.

The hotel had a great location, right by the beach and ocean. It was also conveniently close to many fantastic restaurants and bars in the Pacific Beach area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay special. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the complimentary bike rentals and beach chairs, which made exploring the boardwalk and beach easy and enjoyable.

The jacuzzi area at Pacific Terrace Hotel was the perfect spot for relaxation. I enjoyed the peaceful mornings when it was less crowded, allowing me to unwind and soak in the tranquility. The location of the hotel was superb, with direct access to a serene stretch of Pacific Beach. Each morning, I cherished having breakfast in the beautiful garden, surrounded by the calming atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring all our requests were promptly taken care of. It's no surprise that the hotel is highly sought after, as I even met a guest who has been coming back for 16 years!

We loved being able to ride the complimentary hotel rental bikes and explore the area. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient location were the highlights of our stay.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. The staff here was extremely helpful and accommodating, always responding to our requests within minutes. Not to mention, the room was always clean and housekeeping did an excellent job. We also enjoyed the various amenities here, such as the outdoor heated swimming pool, sun terrace, and sauna. The restaurant and bar area had a great atmosphere, and happy hour was definitely a highlight. we had an excellent experience here.

You'll have everything you need within walking distance, from restaurants to shops. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a cozy stay. The service is top-notch, and the staff is always ready to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is unforgettable. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a view, and the pool is perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day at the beach.

The hotel location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary beach amenities, such as chairs and umbrellas, which made it convenient for me to enjoy the beach without having to bring my own equipment.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. the decor felt a bit old-fashioned and could be updated to match the overall beachy vibe of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and made our check-in and check-out process easy. We enjoyed delicious food at the pool, especially the scrumptious Ahi Poke. The pool service was great and the free bikes provided added to our wonderful experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the beach in Pacific Beach, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants. The 3.5 mile boardwalk outside the hotel offered a great opportunity for morning walks or evening strolls. We also appreciated the comfortable and well-maintained ocean view queen room, which allowed us to enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. it was a relaxing 5-day stay and we will definitely choose this hotel again when in Pacific Beach.

It would have been convenient to have soda/water machines available, especially late at night when guests may get thirsty. Additionally, the limited selection on room service was a bit disappointing, as it would have been nice to have more options after a busy day exploring.

the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the hotel had a quiet atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was not crowded, and the pool attendants provided excellent service. the hotel also offered great amenities, such as free bicycles, beach chairs, and towels. the front desk staff and assistants were kind and helpful throughout my stay. It was a wonderful experience overall.
