The hotel had a great location, right by the beach and ocean. It was also conveniently close to many fantastic restaurants and bars in the Pacific Beach area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay special. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the complimentary bike rentals and beach chairs, which made exploring the boardwalk and beach easy and enjoyable.

The jacuzzi area at Pacific Terrace Hotel was the perfect spot for relaxation. I enjoyed the peaceful mornings when it was less crowded, allowing me to unwind and soak in the tranquility. The location of the hotel was superb, with direct access to a serene stretch of Pacific Beach. Each morning, I cherished having breakfast in the beautiful garden, surrounded by the calming atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring all our requests were promptly taken care of. It's no surprise that the hotel is highly sought after, as I even met a guest who has been coming back for 16 years!

The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a spacious pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was right at the top of the boardwalk and within walking distance of everything on the coast. We loved being able to ride the complimentary hotel rental bikes and explore the area. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient location were the highlights of our stay.

The hotel location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary beach amenities, such as chairs and umbrellas, which made it convenient for me to enjoy the beach without having to bring my own equipment.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. the decor felt a bit old-fashioned and could be updated to match the overall beachy vibe of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and made our check-in and check-out process easy. We enjoyed delicious food at the pool, especially the scrumptious Ahi Poke. The pool service was great and the free bikes provided added to our wonderful experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the beach in Pacific Beach, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants. The 3.5 mile boardwalk outside the hotel offered a great opportunity for morning walks or evening strolls. We also appreciated the comfortable and well-maintained ocean view queen room, which allowed us to enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. it was a relaxing 5-day stay and we will definitely choose this hotel again when in Pacific Beach.

Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. the fact that the cabanas at the pool were available on a first-come, first-served basis was a great perk, as it allowed guests to enjoy the pool area without additional fees.

It would have been convenient to have soda/water machines available, especially late at night when guests may get thirsty. Additionally, the limited selection on room service was a bit disappointing, as it would have been nice to have more options after a busy day exploring.

I had the best vacation at a beachfront hotel in Pacific Beach. The sound of the waves crashing at night was so peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect, not too crowded but still within walking distance of everything. The view from my room was amazing, and it even had a fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even made towel animals for my room. I highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

I did have a minor issue with the initial room assignment, but the hotel quickly moved me to a better room upon my request. There were also some additional charges for amenities and parking that I think could have been included in the initial bill.

I also appreciated the mini-fridge in the room for keeping drinks and snacks. the staff and the location of this hotel made my stay truly enjoyable.
