Beautiful property with great location. Slow service and room issues.

The room mirror that experience, many being their own little duplex offering greater privacy and eliminating awkward elevator silence. , the ability to open a window at night for fresh air was a great feature. The lush and tropical landscaping, along with the pool access and amenities, provided a wonderful view and location.

The hidden charges for facilities like resort fees, car parking, and bicycle hire were quite excessive. The cost of dining at the on-site restaurants was also notably high, making it tempting to seek meals elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and important. The staff, especially Laura, went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend special. They even upgraded my room and provided free parking, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was immaculate, with plenty of towels and trash bags. The hotel had excellent amenities, including open restaurants and pools. While there were restrictions on pool capacity, it wasn't a major inconvenience. This family-friendly resort also had an adult pool for a more relaxing experience. The location was convenient, with attractions just 15-20 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Beds were so uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on a cloud.

The property was stunning! Beds were so comfy! Room was gorgeous! Alyx and Christopher were incredibly helpful and made our stay perfect! The tour with Christopher was a blast!

We had an amazing time at the resort. The bungalow we stayed in was cozy and right on the beach, with beautiful decor and a super comfortable bed. We loved the convenience of the small kitchen area and the large TV. The room service was absolutely delicious, and the staff was very nice and helpful. We also appreciated the late check-out. The resort had lots of activities for families, including bike and water sport rentals, multiple pools, and even mini golf. The location was beautiful and secluded, yet still close to attractions like Sea World. it was a great stay at Paradise Point Resort & Spa.

I really felt like I got my money's worth at Paradise Point Resort And Spa. The room was fantastic, and I loved having a lanai to enjoy the beautiful grounds. The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We loved staying at Paradise Point Resort! The beautiful grounds made us feel like we were in a Hawaiian paradise. The tropical plants and animals added to the exotic atmosphere. Being close to the beach was a major plus for us, and the secluded location made it quiet and peaceful. The staff, including waiter Jason at the Barefoot Restaurant, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. The amenities, including the pools and restaurants, were impressive, and we had delicious meals throughout our stay. The marina crew was helpful when we rented paddle boards. a fantastic experience for those wanting to be close to the beach.

I absolutely love Paradise Point! the bungalow rooms are spacious and perfect for our family. the resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking bay views. the location is excellent, right next to Sea World and just a short drive from restaurants and the Mission Beach Boardwalk. the pool by the gym is fantastic, especially for the kids with its shallow beach entry. We also enjoyed the ducks in the large pond, which were friendly and adorable. the Tidal restaurant was a highlight, with amazing food and exceptional desserts. Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, and made our anniversary celebration memorable.

I chose this hotel for a town hall meeting because it provides the resort's largest indoor event room with bay views and 7,072 square feet of space, along with the accompanying Sunset Deck. Whether for business, leisure, or a celebration, the facilities catered to all needs.

The one service I missed for my work was a reliable and consistent internet connection.

The beachfront location at Paradise Point Resort was amazing! I loved watching the sunset from the comfort of my room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pools were enjoyable. I had a great time at the resort.

One thing I wish they had done was provide daily cleaning service. It would have been nice to have a fresh set of towels every day.

The location was secluded, yet centrally situated, offering a unique experience for both families and couples. The multitude of recreational activities, from exhilarating Jet Ski adventures to relaxing bike rides along the bay, made it an unforgettable stay. The resort's proximity to SeaWorld San Diego was a huge plus, allowing us to enjoy exciting rides and incredible marine life, perfectly complemented by San Diego's finest craft beer.

My wife says that the family accommodation could have included more kid-friendly dining options.
