It felt like staying with friends rather than a hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of nearby dining options. the bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast spread was perfect to start the day.

The limited parking options were expected in the city, but it would have been more convenient to have more choices. Additionally, the minor maintenance issues with the shower door seal and hand towel rail were a slight inconvenience.

It was also conveniently located near Japantown, which was a plus. The breakfast provided was delicious and cooked to order. There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the noise from the main floor was quite audible in our room, even with the door closed.

The large rooms, wonderful baths, and showers exceeded my expectations. Lastly, they were pet-friendly and welcomed us and our dog with open arms. We cannot wait to return next month for my birthday!
