Clean rooms and great location near MRT stations.

Children’s themed spaces are creatively designed and entertaining.

I was highly disappointed with the check-in process. after an exhausting travel day, it took far too long. To make matters worse, our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, and the crib and potty I had requested in advance were not set up. Additionally, the bed was shockingly uncomfortable, leading to several restless nights. Who would expect such a poor quality sleep experience in a five-star hotel?

This hotel impresses with spacious, clean rooms and a well-maintained swimming pool, perfect for hot weather. The breakfast buffet offers a tempting variety, particularly the Asian dishes. Conveniently located within an 8-minute walk to metro stations, it's a solid choice for families looking to explore.

the hotel had a fantastic location, steps away from multiple restaurants and conveniently accessible subway stations. the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, providing exceptional service. room service was delicious, and the breakfast spread had something for everyone.

the playroom could use more toys for kids. 😅

our stay at howard plaza hotel was fantastic! the family room on the 13th floor was perfect for two adults and two kids. we loved the outdoor pool area, which wasn’t crowded and had a beautiful landscaped deck. the staff were friendly and quick to help us with check-in, and we enjoyed delicious buffet dinners and breakfasts, particularly the variety of options.

i do recommend the hotel, but the buffet dinner was a bit pricey.

The breakfast buffet had a fabulous selection, with both oriental and western options! The swimming pool was refreshing after a hot day out! Staff were super friendly and attentive! 🌟

Nothing to improve on.

the air-condition unit was noisy! the beds were nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection! also, the location was perfect between two metro stations, making it easy to get around.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast made our stay memorable, with easy access to the MRT just 500 meters away.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Room was spacious, fridge stocked with water, and a cool coffee maker for brews. The gym had solid gear, and there’s a small pool for chillin' after a hot day.

Nothing at all.

The staff was incredibly friendly they really made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed the Rosewood suite with access to the lounge on the top floor which was the best spot for a quiet evening with cocktails and an amazing view.

It wasn’t inexpensive but you get what you pay for and that’s worth it in this case.
