The room and bathroom were stunning, with beautiful decor and the most amazing shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We even received a special birthday treat upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The pool was also gorgeous, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

We felt very special during our stay, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

I loved that there were plenty of food options, and I even enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. this hotel was clean, had great facilities, and was perfectly situated in the middle of everything.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel in an ideal location. It was easy to explore the Meatpacking district with many walkable areas like restaurants and shops with a friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. The room was comfortable with a lovely bathroom, and the restaurant serves delicious complimentary coffee. The breakfast was also great, while the fantastic indoor outdoor bar was perfect for drinks.

One disappointment for us was the slightly intrusive behavior of the bellmen, who entered our room without waiting at the door.

Drawbacks: The pool area wasn't ideal for my 5-year-old as there were a lot of people with electronics and books, making it difficult for him to splash around. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a double vanity/sink in the room for easier sharing among three people getting ready.

The Pendry provided excellent value for the money with a beautiful, spotless room and a comfortable bed. The location in the GasLamp quarter was great and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Breakfast offerings could have been improved with faster room service delivery. A minor inconvenience, but my wife fell asleep waiting for our late night snack.
