Great location near Gaslamp. Good restaurant options and delicious cocktails. Fun pool area, though can get crowded. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Nicely decorated rooms with unique wallpapers. Easy walk from convention center. Beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff. Room service offers quality food. Pristine rooms with surprise treats left daily. Hotel facilities are well-organized and accessible. Knowledgeable staff provide assistance for an enjoyable stay. Well done!

The room and bathroom were stunning, with beautiful decor and the most amazing shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We even received a special birthday treat upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The pool was also gorgeous, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

We felt very special during our stay, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel provided a cozy and comfortable stay during our Christmas vacation. the beds were comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The lack of a kettle in the room was a downside. Fortunately, the staff were able to accommodate our request for one.

The hotel room was amazing, with lovely decor and an awesome shower. The bed was super comfy, and we even went home and bought the same pillows. The staff was accommodating and very friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was ideal for exploring the city and enjoying the nightlife. we had a great stay at this fabulous hotel. Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel in an ideal location. It was easy to explore the Meatpacking district with many walkable areas like restaurants and shops with a friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. The room was comfortable with a lovely bathroom, and the restaurant serves delicious complimentary coffee. The breakfast was also great, while the fantastic indoor outdoor bar was perfect for drinks.

One disappointment for us was the slightly intrusive behavior of the bellmen, who entered our room without waiting at the door.
