Close proximity to Florida Theatre, breweries, and a bar with pool tables. Impressive lobby, friendly staff, and GREAT front desk service. Delicious breakfast included in the rate. Comfortable bed and pillow, hot and powerful shower. Attentive staff.

My room had an amazing view of the river. Though there was construction going on, it didn't bother me at all. I did, however, have an issue with the hot water not working in the morning. But the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue and I was able to take a warm shower before checking out. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's renovation slightly affected accessibility, but the staff, especially Josh from Reception, went above and beyond. The riverside walkway was perfect for runs, and Morton's Steakhouse was a highlight. However, the uncomfortable beds and noise disturbances detracted from the overall stay. The swimming pool, outdoor terrace, and nearby landmarks such as the Museum of Contemporary Art added to the relaxation and family bonding opportunities during our visit.
