The kids loved the light show,, what a sight! ! But the best part was watching them laugh and whisper through the Whispering Arch—it was like magic. The Christmas tree in the lobby was massive and made the whole place feel festive.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still worth the experience.

My room was clean and comfortable, but there were issues with towel delivery and an unresponsive heater. I recommend it for its charm and the beautiful light shows, but some service areas could improve.

I appreciated the beautiful outdoor area by the koi pond, where I could relax and watch the fish. The hotel was conveniently located near various attractions, making it easy to explore on foot. I also enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere with entertainment options, ensuring there was never a dull moment.

Finding parking was a bit challenging and not well marked.

The mini golf course was a fun addition for our family. Our room was quite dated and could use a thorough cleaning.

Loved the spacious Deluxe Queen Room with two beds. It had a flat-screen TV, a fridge for snacks, and a microwave for warming up leftovers. Heating and AC worked great too. Fitness center and outdoor pool were good for relaxing. Staff were super accommodating, made us feel right at home!

The hotel is a beautiful historical building, and it’s just a short stroll to both the City Museum and Soldiers Memorial Military Museum, making it perfect for weekend wanderers like me. I also loved the unique charm of the architecture, which significantly enhanced the ambiance of my stay.

The heater was so shy it wouldn’t go above 67 degrees—definitely not warm and cozy! And let's just say some of the towels looked like they’ve seen better days. or better hotels!
