Great location near shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the rooftop hot spring with indoor and outdoor options. Rooms have mountain views and good coffee in the lobby. Staff are helpful and there is a shuttle to the train station. Must-try breakfast buffet served from 6-10am.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Red Brick area and the bay, making it easy to explore the historical center of Hakodate. It is also a short distance from the mountain, allowing guests to easily access the stunning views. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and separate toilets and showers. The Japanese buffet breakfast offers a good selection of dishes. Additionally, the hotel has a rooftop onsen, providing a relaxing experience with beautiful views.

The outdoor hot spring at the hotel was covered in moss and not very appealing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as we were able to easily explore all the main sights within walking distance. The bay area where this hotel is situated was particularly beautiful, with stunning views of the seafront. We also loved the convenience of having a tram stop and airport bus stop nearby.

We highly recommend this hotel to our friends. It exceeded our expectations in terms of location, room comfort, and the great service provided.

The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the bay and city. the rooftop onsen with its amazing view was a highlight, as was the buffet breakfast which had a great selection of Japanese dishes. the location was perfect, with major attractions nearby, and a short walk to the morning market and train station.

The lack of wifi in our room was a downside and made it difficult to stay connected. the front desk staff's limited English caused some communication issues and made it challenging to get information or help.
