We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. The location, right off of 5th Avenue, was perfect for exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Our experience at The Peninsula was wonderful. The location was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the spacious room and excellent service. The highlight was the amazing breakfast, which was incredibly delicious. a great stay and we would highly recommend this hotel.

During our city break, we loved the central location of the hotel, which put us right in the heart of all the great parts of the city. The shopping and food options in the area were fantastic, making it easy for us to explore and indulge. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were professional and friendly, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. The service was slow and some items were forgotten from our order.

The amenities were fantastic! We loved the spa and rooftop pool with incredible views. It was a real treat to have a pool in such a busy city. Additionally, the included breakfast was amazing, and they even catered to my vegan diet. The staff really went above and beyond to make our anniversary special.

The service was quite poor. The staff was rude and did not honor the upgrade that was part of our package.

I really felt like I got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great mattress and a lovely shower head. The location was ideal for shopping and I loved the fact that I could access the elevators without passing through the front desk for privacy. The staff, especially Okxana at the front desk and Federick at the Conciergerie, were attentive and dedicated. The cosmetics products by McKenzie Reilly, especially the body lotion, were of very good quality. And the F&B quality, especially at the Clement restaurant, was top-notch.

The breakfast menu could use improvement by adding a buffet option.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on Fifth Avenue with a great view of Central Park. The staff were exceptional, always anticipating my needs and delivering quickly on any request. The suite was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The furnishings were of high quality, and the bathroom was superb. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at The Peninsula.
