My recent stay at the lodge was exceptional. I stayed for a weekend getaway and found the room cozy, complete with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. the friendly staff provided homemade cookies during check-in and sent useful pre-arrival emails. Clear directions, amazing local insights, and a cute fireplace in the room added to the experience. the lodge's secluded feel despite its highway proximity, outdoor hot tub, wildlife sightings, and excellent communication made my stay truly memorable. I'll definitely return for another visit!

Ponderosa Lodge is just outside RMNP, ideal location. They offer free firewood, well-equipped rooms, and delightful freshly baked cookies. the staff is friendly, and Aspen is a bonus. Will definitely return!

The hotel was on the banks of the river, close to everything we wanted to see, and the staff was fantastic. the room was clean and had excellent facilities.

The location was spot on, nestled between a breathtaking national park and a charming town. the kitchenette was well-equipped, offering a serene view. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay with our little one extra enjoyable.

Parking was a hassle, and the early morning construction noise was a major drag. Being asked to switch rooms mid-stay disrupted our comfort, even though the new room was of equal quality.

At my favorite spot, staff helped with bags on my first visit. Free Wi-Fi, parking, Jacuzzi, and TV are great. Easy check-in, fun activities, and no pets or smoking. Ideal for my city breaks.
