the Q&C Hotel and Bar, part of the Autograph Collection, exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Ashley at the front desk. the hotel had a unique combination of old and new, with an exterior that was a bit old-fashioned but a modern and fresh interior. the room was beautifully designed and the amenities were as promised. the comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. the location was also convenient, with easy access to Poydras and Canal streets for transportation. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the Big Easy.

Elevator glitched one morning.

The hotel provided complimentary wine samplings in their amazing bar/lounge area, which was a great way to start off my new year trip. Additionally, the hotel staff, especially the Front Desk Agent Charles, were extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. Charles always went above and beyond to recommend places to see and things to do in the area.

During my stay at the Autograph Collection, I was delighted by the excellent staff and the great location. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of popular attractions such as the National WWII Museum and Bourbon Street. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing stay. The staff members, especially Michael, Kendrick, Derrick, and Christian. Their exceptional customer service truly left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic staff and ideal location.

We had a blast at Q&C! The staff were fantastic and the bar/restaurant had delicious food. Perfect for karaoke and casino enthusiasts like us.

Great downtown location, just a block from Poydras and 3 blocks from Canal and the FQ. So many places within walking distance and easy to get a ride share. the lobby was great, with a good bar and food options. the rooms were nicely restored, maintaining the original character. the king-sized bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was awesome with complimentary toiletries that smelled great. the staff was amazing and provided excellent service throughout the stay.

The WiFi was spotty and unreliable, especially on my cell phone. the HVAC system in the room was a bit noisy and needs to be replaced.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and museums, making it easy to explore the city center. We also enjoyed the room service and the modern amenities in the beautifully decorated room.

The noise level outside the hotel kept us up all night, with sirens and loud trucks making it impossible to sleep peacefully.

Great location in the heart of the city and convenient for exploring. the staff provided complementary beer and wine in the room and coffee and pastries in the lobby each morning. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's rest.

The rooms were small and lacked natural light, making them feel cramped and stuffy. the bathrooms were outdated and unclean with dirty towels left behind.

The value for the money was great and the room was beautiful, with a fantastic shower and comfy bed. The location was ideal for Mardi Gras parades and exploring the French Quarter. The staff, especially Daniel Pharo at check-in, were kind, professional, and committed to providing an exceptional experience.
