This hotel was a great value for the price. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a nice view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, in downtown Asheville and close to the Biltmore Estate. Plus, the warm cookies upon arrival were a delightful treat.

The important things done well and a great location. Nice room, very clean. Comfy beds, limited gym but also a little pool. Staff were very attentive and helpful with requests including slightly later checkout. Walking distance to historic Biltmore village, 10 minutes to downtown by car, cab or even public bus.

Wifi signal a bit weak in my room, kept cutting in and out.

We stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for our visit to the Biltmore and it was a great choice. The location was perfect, and we were able to easily access all the sights in the area. Despite being near a busy road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Our room, though a bit tired in appearance, had comfortable bedding and linens that met the high standards of Doubletree. We were also happy to find that our furry friend could join us, as the room was spacious enough for our dog. The snack cart in the lobby was a nice touch, although slightly pricey. The breakfast, though a bit expensive, was tasty, and the staff, including the waitress, were top notch. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location right outside of the downtown area of this city makes it easy to find great food and quickly access Biltmore. The cleanliness of the hotel and the lovely courtyard view from our room with a balcony were impressive. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast and found the staff to be extremely accommodating. A highlight was the well-lit room and the courteous bellhops. We also appreciated the front desk staff, especially Carla Morris, who were very helpful when we phoned them. our stay here was comfortable and quiet, and we loved the lobby and the awesome cookies.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with high-quality food.
