We had an amazing time at this brand new hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room had beautiful views. The beach was gorgeous and always clean. The quality of the food and drinks was impressive. Would definitely recommend.

The resort itself was beautiful, with spacious rooms and the option to have a pool in your own room. The VIP bracelet provided access to exclusive amenities, making the experience even more enjoyable.

This hotel is incredible. The beachfront location is perfect and the rooms are stylish, with an L-shaped terrace that has a fabulous jacuzzi. The staff is so friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are all top-notch. Breakfast is a highlight, with delicious options that cater to all tastes.

All in all, everything was just perfect.

Everything is what i need and want.

The room had a great size and a beautiful balcony. The buffet and a la carte restaurants were excellent and had options for everyone. One thing that I really appreciated is that the hotel had excursions available, and I was able to book a tour to the Samaná peninsula with ease. I had a fantastic stay at Serenade. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

This resort offers a stunning location and guests have the option to visit neighboring beaches for a change. In addition, the theater offers great entertainment and guests can easily access the ocean for a refreshing swim. everything is fantastic and the room boasts a beautiful view.

The liquor and drink options could use an upgrade.

This place is located right on the beach with beachfront access. We loved the service and enjoyed ordering from room service 24/7. The room amenities were top-notch including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar - we even had a terrace with garden furniture! The dining was great at the restaurant and bar/ lounge area, and we always felt relaxed at the leisure spa & wellness centre with sauna, swimming pool.

Staff should train the waiters more. Recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The restaurant had a great variety of food and drinks. they offered complementary beach towels and a shuttle service to the nearby shopping area. the room was spacious and well-equipped, including a comfortable bed and modern amenities.

The seaweed on the beach made it less enjoyable and swimming difficult. the communication from the staff regarding the facilities was lacking, making it challenging to understand what activities were available.

I recently stayed at Serenade in Punta Cana for a week-long vacation. The hotel is brand new and everything was taken care of immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Santa who made us feel at home. The buffet meals were surprisingly good with a diverse selection. The location was convenient, not far from the airport, and the beach was clean and nice. The hotel itself was fresh and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows. The Asian and Steak restaurants were also great. a great experience and I've already booked for next year.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a well-stocked minibar and daily cleaning service. the pools here are amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is absolutely stunning. the spa and wellness center provides exceptional treatments such as body wraps, massages and facials. the restaurant and bar offer delicious food and drinks. the location is perfect and secure, providing stunning views of the garden area and the sun terrace. You will definitely enjoy the entertainment provided, with live singers and circus shows.

The only minor issue we found was the seaweed on the beach making it difficult to swim, but the hotel made efforts to clean it up daily.

My stay at Serenade was incredible! We had an amazing time at this new and fresh hotel. The location was great, just a short distance from the airport. The beach was clean and beautiful, and there were plenty of pools to choose from, including ones near the first-floor rooms. The buffet had a diverse selection of delicious food, and the themed restaurants were a treat. The staff, especially the entertainment team, were engaging and made our stay unforgettable. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
