The staff was terrific - helpful, courteous, and friendly. They quickly changed my room type to accommodate my kids and were always responsive to any issues. The location was great, and despite a small reservation mix-up, check-in was fast. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice fold-out sofa and bed, soft pillows, and convenient amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. I especially appreciated the amazing service from KC at the front desk, who resolved our reservation misunderstanding. The breakfast, pool, and hot tub were added bonuses, and our deposit was promptly refunded.

During my stay at Comfort Suites, I had made reservations for my family members. However, when my daughter arrived to check-in, she encountered a rude staff member who refused to accept my payment information and was not accommodating.

During our stay, there was a baseball tournament happening nearby, and the noise from the kids running around made it difficult to get a good night's sleep or watch television. Additionally, we experienced some issues with our payment, as we were charged twice and had difficulty getting a refund.

This hotel was situated perfectly in close proximity to all major shopping centers. The area was very quiet, despite being in walking distance to many great restaurants. The hotel was also very close to attractions in the area. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very clean and had all the necessary toiletries. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was a great start to our day.

That we ran out of regular coffee in our room on the last morning, but there was enough coffee downstairs.

From the first review, the hotel seems to have a great breakfast and a friendly staff and from the second review, the location is perfect for business travelers and the staff is very courteous.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were very accommodating. We were able to check in early for a special event and they quickly resolved any issues we had. The heated saltwater pool was a great feature and our kids had a blast. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed and had walking trails nearby. The breakfast was attended to well and the staff ensured items were always restocked.

Comfort Suites provided a wonderful night's sleep. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast attendant who made sure we had a great start to our day. The location was safe and convenient. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only drawback was the high beds, which were difficult for shorter individuals to access. Additionally, we would have appreciated having closets in the rooms for hanging our clothes.
