The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, especially the front office manager who was able to find us a room when our reservation wasn't recorded.

When I realized I forgot my phone charger, the front desk clerk immediately sent Tracy, from the housekeeping team, to my room with her personal charger. This level of service truly impressed me and ensured that I will choose this hotel whenever I am in the area. Tracy's kindness and willingness to help deserves recognition. The breakfast in the restaurant was also great and the room was clean. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

Great Hotel , the room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel offered a great selection of TV channels through direct TV. Additionally, the warm cookie given at check, in was a delightful bonus.

Very poor , the elevators were not clean and had issues, such as almost closing on my husband. This posed a safety concern.

And the highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast that was included in the room rate, offering a variety of options to choose from.

As someone who often has to take off early, I really appreciated the contactless check-in and check-out at Doubletree. The spacious room and comfortable beds were perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of space. The mini fridge was a convenient feature, and I loved the Crabtree & Evelyn bath products that made everything smell wonderful.
