Great Stay with Friends, Just a Few Hiccups!

We enjoyed our 2-night stay in the Superior King Suite! The room was spacious and clean, making relaxation easy. Tip, consider requesting a room on the lower floor if traveling with someone who has mobility issues as there’s no elevator. Overall, a pleasant experience despite a few challenges.

Clean room, friendly staff, and the indoor swimming pool provided a relaxing experience that made our stay enjoyable, especially with the added convenience of free parking and 24-hour reception for any needs that arose.

The lack of an elevator is frustrating for those with heavy luggage!!! The rooms feel dated and many amenities seem broken!!! A good cleaning spree would do wonders for the common areas and mold buildup!!!

The king room was spacious and clean, with neat, comfortable bedding. The breakfast included a delicious pancake platter, which was a highlight of my stay. However, the air conditioning system seemed outdated and contributed to an uncomfortable humidity level in the room. Additionally, while the staff were polite and responsive, the lack of better maintenance in certain areas, such as the bathrooms, made it feel like improvements were needed.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfy. the indoor pool looked nice but i didn't swim. breakfast had good options like waffles and eggs, and the lobby was well-kept. i liked that there were vending machines for drinks. overall, a nice spot for a quick stay.

but i wish there were elevators coz carrying my luggage up stairs was annoying, and the wifi was pretty sketchy during my visit.

I visited for a travel ball tournament and found the location to be convenient. The hotel was clean and provided a decent breakfast that helped us fuel up before heading out. My family had a fantastic stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The indoor pool was a total hit with the kids and the breakfast area was nicely attended, making mornings a breeze. The staff was wonderful from check-in to checkout, which truly made our visit memorable!
