Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lousy renovations and some noisy neighbors.

I gotta say, for the price I paid, I got some serious bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. Plus, the location was on point with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The staff treated me like a VIP, always friendly and ready to help.

Now, if I had to nitpick, the breakfast option could use a little improvement. Just a suggestion, but maybe adding some more variety to the menu would make it even better.

Runny eggs. Horrendous rooms with peeling ceilings, dirty tubs, and moldy, smelly carpets. Strong marijuana smell in the hallway that seeped into our non-smoking room.

I had a decent stay at Best Western Laurel. The breakfast was good and the staff, particularly the weekend staff, were very helpful. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location to restaurants and a movie theater in the area.
