I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service during my stay at Royal Sonesta. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met. Additionally, the hotel offered a half-price lunch special during certain hours, which was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location downtown, clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good water pressure and pretty flowers. Delicious food from the restaurant with excellent service. Friendly concierge and most of the staff.

Great location , situated between the river and museums/sculpture garden, with easy access to the skyway system. Lovely hotel , clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Skyway system could be confusing to navigate for tourists. Limited opening hours for the skyway system and lack of information from staff on this.

Our stay at Royal Sonesta was truly delightful. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room we were assigned. It was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's underground parking was a convenient feature, providing warmth during the winter months. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to downtown attractions.

This hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of downtown, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are really comfortable to sleep in. Plus, breakfast is included with your stay, adding extra value for your money.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

The menu has ample selection and the location is unbeatable. Starbucks is conveniently across the street and the Skyway system is accessible. The Skyway app helps navigate the city and the hotel is close to Hell's Kitchen for brunch. The staff is helpful and the rooms have a nice view. Breakfast is average, but the Nespresso machine in the room is a plus. Parking is reasonable and the Target Center is within walking distance. The hotel is immaculate and beautifully designed.

I had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Minneapolis. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to Hennepin Ave and theaters. I got great value for my money at Royal Sonesta.

The only thing that could have been better about the breakfast choices was the coffee. It was just average, nothing special.

Spacious modern rooms, helpful staff, great downtown location, romantic restaurant nearby, affordable transit to Mall of America.

For us it was ideal.

We loved the attached parking ramp to the hotel, especially since the area around the hotel was a bit noisy. The room was cozy and had a comfortable bed. Overall I'd recommend this hotel!

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near many downtown attractions. I was happy to find Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and a walking trail along the river nearby. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The parking was convenient, as it was located underneath the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a great variety of options to eat and drink.
