The food at the hotel was great, especially the buffet under the stars. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us comfortable. the resort had two beaches, one of them smaller and quieter with good snorkeling options. the smaller size of the resort made it convenient for those with mobility issues. There were plenty of activities to do, free tours, several pools, and several bars.

The smoking policy was not enforced, and some guests did not abide by it, causing inconvenience for non-smokers. the food, although average, could use more authentic Jamaican options.

We loved the variety of food and drinks available, with excellent options for meals and a balanced variety for breakfast. The pools were semi-private and not crowded, and the beach was nice. The live band during dinner added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Checking in was quick and easy. The fit trail was a great addition for healthy living, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The dedicated tea shop opening late was a nice touch.

The location was ideal, with easy access to Seon who worked the bar and other attractions such as Konoka Falls, Margaritaville/Shopping, and the Jade restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Seon who went above and beyond by working hard to bring kegs and clean up diligently.
