Exceptional service, exceptional rooms with a friendly staff member who went out of his way to accommodate our request and impressively spacious and clean accommodations that made our stay comfortable.

Everything was as expected.

Room was comfortable and clean. The staff seemed unfriendly and I had to wait too long for check-in.

We stayed at a hotel near various attractions in the area. The convenience and location were great – close to many places of interest. The availability of snacks, hot food, drinks, and a bar was a bonus for our family with kids. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite some minor inconveniences encountered during our time there.

I had to rely on my phone’s hotspot, and it ended up costing me a ton in overages. Super frustrating when you need to get work done!

However, the room could use better amenities, like larger soap bars and more detailed TV channel information.

Let's start with the positives - the staff were friendly and the food at the cafe was pretty good. The outside of the building and the lobby looked nice too. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean with fresh linens and good quality toiletries provided. there were some areas that could use some improvement. The water pressure in the shower was barely a trickle, making it difficult to bathe. The bed mattress was worn out and made loud creaking sounds when we moved. The bedding smelled like sweat, which was a bit unpleasant. The room was poorly lit, making it hard to read, and the blackout shade was broken, so we couldn't close it properly. There was also a lack of counter space in the bathroom for toiletries, which was inconvenient. there were issues with room maintenance - dirty sheets in one of the rooms, a funky smell in another, and poor repair work in some areas like the shower stall. The hotel also charged for everything, including parking and a cup of coffee, which was a bit disappointing. while there were some positives, like the friendly staff and good food, the hotel fell short in terms of room quality and amenities. The experience was okay, but not quite up to the expectations I had. Just something to keep in mind if you plan on staying at the Radisson.
