The room I stayed in was on the first floor, conveniently close to the lobby and easy to navigate. The AC worked well, keeping the room cool throughout the night. The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the arena was a major plus.

There were a few drawbacks to note. The display light on the AC was not working, making it difficult to adjust the temperature.

The location was awesome - up on a hill away from generic hotels and fast food. Bed and sheets were super comfy. The lobby was modern and welcoming. The staff was pleasant and willing to help. There was a pool and workout area available. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit and a variety of hot and cold items.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Iowa City and had a great experience. The value for money was excellent, with updated rooms, a modern lobby, and a good-sized flat-screen TV. The location was convenient, with plenty of things to do nearby. The staff were friendly and provided excellent hospitality, particularly Frank at the front desk. The breakfast was decent, and it was nice to have a printer in the business center to use. I would definitely stay there again for a weekend getaway.
