I also appreciated the prompt and efficient response from the front desk when I had a problem with the TV in my room. The maintenance staff, specifically Jose, was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to downtown attractions such as the Jazz center, convention center, and the Temple. The underground parking garage was convenient, and I enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
