I had the most amazing stay at The Restoration! During my visit, I experienced the warm hospitality and top-notch service that everyone has been raving about. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. I was also pleasantly surprised by the unexpected room upgrade I received, which made my stay even more special. The rooms themselves were beautifully appointed and had all the amenities I needed. I also loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly, as I was able to bring my furry friend along with me. The power outage caused by Hurricane Dorian didn't dampen the staff's enthusiasm, and they made sure we were taken care of and comfortable until the power came back on. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a great way to start my day, and the rooftop bar and restaurant offered breathtaking views of the city. I had an exceptional experience at The Restoration and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!

The rooms at this hotel were amazing! We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a terrace, and it was spacious and well-equipped. the kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. the hotel also provided nice touches like stocking the fridge with water and soda, and leaving cheese, crackers, and a fruit basket for us. Additionally, the location was unbeatable. It was right on a popular street with lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.

There were a few things that could have been improved during our stay. the breakfast picnic offered by the hotel was a bit repetitive after a couple of days.

The hotel's location was perfect, right off King Street, close to all the shops and restaurants of downtown. It was also convenient for exploring the historic neighborhoods of this city.
