The pool was surprisingly spacious for an indoor facility. the room had some cleanliness issues—sticky carpets, unwashed dishes, and moldy odors. The temperature was inconsistent, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable for adults. Valet was a bit of a hassle, especially with luggage. the gym was nice, and we appreciated being able to store our bags after check-out.

I loved having a kitchen in my room—it made me feel right at home. The breakfast staff was amazing, and the rotating meat selection kept things exciting each morning! Plus, the views and friendly staff made every moment special.

I had an incredible time exploring the area, with the magnificent mile just a block away and the Museum of Ice Cream only a short 5-minute walk, making it super easy to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Chicago while enjoying fantastic dining options like amazing pizza and hot dogs within a few steps; the staff were super friendly and attentive, and the breakfasts were a complete meal that fueled my daily adventures. The only downside was the sofa bed in our suite, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The parking was pricey, but the attendants were helpful and friendly. The check-in process was marred by an unprofessional and unhelpful front desk staff member, which left a negative impression on our overall experience. Homewood Suites has potential but could improve on room maintenance, bed comfort, and customer service to provide a more enjoyable stay.

The AC was blasting all night and made sleeping impossible. Plus, the sofa bed was awful—worn out and sagging into the frame. My poor teenage son ended up on a metal mattress! Definitely not worth it.
