El Encanto is a slice of paradise! The attentive staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. My suite was a blissful oasis with a cozy fireplace and stunning terraces overlooking the landscaped gardens, making morning coffee a delight.

While the pool area was lovely, I found it a bit small and somewhat crowded at times. Also, dining prices were on the higher side, which surprised me but didn’t dampen the experience too much.

The views from the terrace for brekkie were just out of this world! Plus, shoutout to the chommies by the pool, service was on point and they made sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary Nespresso maker in the room? Total winner for that morning pick-me-up!

Just a heads up, the dining options were a bit limited—would've loved more choices. But overall, it was still a vibe!

Our stay featured a spacious and immaculate room, but we faced issues with limited outdoor seating options and slow service at the pool, detracting from the experience. However, the dining options provided stunning views and quality food. It’s a great place for a quick escape, especially for couples seeking a peaceful atmosphere.

The room was wicked spacious and clean, couldn’t believe the views from the terrace! Mornin' coffee by the pool was a perfect start. Service was great, but a little more pool help wouldn't hurt. Just sayin', didn't see anyone until way late, which was kinda rough. Can't wait to go back!

Wow, what a stay! Absolute gems in the staff, especially chommie at reception—really made us feel at home. The views from our room were beyond stunning. had coffee on the stoep every morning! And the food? Lekker! Defs had the best filet ever!

this place is like a lil paradise! the staff are sooo nice and treat u like royalty. loved the room we had, super comfortable and cozy with a nice balcony. the gardens are beautiful and perfect for a peaceful stroll, we saw butterflies everywhere lol. plus, the food is delish and the cocktails at the bar are a must-try!

but the pool area is kinda small and packed, and the service at the restaurant was a bit slow sometimes.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, heated swimming pool, and a lovely bar/lounge area. I still remember how the staff helped me with an insect bite on my first stay. Don't miss the morning coffee by the pool! I'm returning for a business trip.

We had an amazing time enjoying the stunning views and the new Literary Club event. The cuisine was exceptional, truly elevating our stay. The staff, especially Peter who served us, was incredibly attentive, and our kids loved the kid-friendly activities available.

My wife says that having more family-focused events would enhance the experience.
