During my stay, I appreciated the comfortable room with a fridge and microwave, and I enjoyed the hot breakfast with friendly service. However, the absence of an elevator was inconvenient, and the hallways showed signs of wear, including events causing noise. This hotel is suitable for families but could benefit from improved maintenance.

However, I found my room had some pretty unpleasant issues. The bathroom door hinges were rusted, and there were unclean items like hairs and what appeared to be stains on the bedding. To top it off, the wifi was spotty, and the stairway near building #4 had a dreadful smell, which gave a less than welcoming vibe. It's clear that some areas could use a thorough cleaning and maintenance.

the hotel certainly had potential, but my stay was nothing short of a disaster. breakfast took forever, over an hour for simple food. absolutely charming staff, but the old, stale-smelling room almost ruined it. i woudl ve been more forgiving if they had just offered a complimentary drink or something for the hassle. absolutley disappointing.

This hotel offers a fantastic location right next to a Dunkin Donuts, perfect for grabbing breakfast on the go! The facilities are clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing stay. My room was cozy with great shower pressure, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.

The elevator was out of service during my stay, which made moving luggage a bit tricky.

The indoor swimming pool was an absolute delight! I loved the heated water, perfect for a relaxing dip. The sun loungers by the pool were ideal for lounging after a swim, making my stay wonderful!

Clean and comfortable accommodations made for a pleasant experience, with good water pressure in the shower and a friendly atmosphere. However, the absence of in-room coffee makers was a minor letdown. The pool area seemed inviting, though I didn't get to use it. Would consider staying again.

Spent some time here with the big family, and the indoor pool was a hit! The staff was friendly too, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

Promised an elevated experience, yet the presidential suite felt basic. Stains on decor and outdated furnishings left much to be desired. While staff were friendly, essential services like reliable Wi-Fi and quiet rooms fell short. The location is decent, but at this price, one might expect more attention to detail.

The indoor pool area was awesome for hanging out. Had a fun view from our room. The fitness room was top-notch! Corn hole by the pool was a nice surprise.
