Our stay at Sheraton was for a concert downtown. the location is fantastic with valet service, a nice restaurant, and good breakfast. the staff is friendly, the room was great, and the daily bottled water was a nice touch. the access to the Cannon Center through the connector was convenient, and watching the crowd from our window was a unique experience.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The snacks were lit, and the trolley nearby made Beale Street a breeze. Plus, the comfy bed was a dream. Nearby noms like KC's Southern Style Rice and Louisiana Joe Wings & Things are a flavor explosion. Now, for a smidge of the gossip: the front desk fumbled their policies, with outdated rooms and a cheeky roach cameo, but hey, it added some Memphis charm.

Upon arrival, I encountered an issue with valet parking miscommunication, leading to extra charges. However, the attentive staff quickly rectified the situation and even offered a complimentary meal. the convenient location and comfortable atmosphere made my stay enjoyable. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. the location was ideal, with a trolley stop right outside for easy transportation to the riverfront and Beale Street. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my visit even more enjoyable.

I keep returning for the impeccable service. Staff once helped me with my forgotten hairbrush. the hotel provides Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, bar, fitness center, laundry, and cots. Perfect for weekends with no smoking policy.

Had a nice room, and the location was great. the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the elevator was super fast.

The parking was a bit pricey at $35. Some rooms needed repairs and were not as clean as expected.

We partied at Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family places nearby with my squad. So much fun and chill vibes. the convenience of being close to these spots made our trip epic!

Wish they had more happening night events for us teens.
